Classic Espresso Martini
Grab your cocktail shaker, ice and let's get started.
ingredients
60ml White Vodka
15ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml Cold brew coffee
15ml Simple syrup (if you prefer it sweet)
Method
Add ice to your cocktail shaker
Pour in the shot of White Vodka
Add remaining ingredients
shake it like you mean it until it is nice and chilled
pour into your favourite chilled cocktail glass
garnish with grated chocolate or coffee beans!
Butterfly French 75
Grab your cocktail shaker, ice and let's get started.
ingredients
45ml La Tibelle Butterfly Pea Flower gin
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple Syrup
chilled dry champange/sparkling wine
We loved to add fresh lemon zest to garnish.
Method
Add ice to your cocktail shaker
Pour in the shot of La Tibelle Gin
Add remaining ingredients other than he champange
shake it like you mean it and until chilled
pour into a champange flute and top with your choice of champange or sparkling wine
Add fresh lemon zest to garnish or dried lemon
Shiraz Negroni
Grab your ice, a tall spoon and let's get started.
ingredients
30ml Black Vodka
30ml Campari
30ml Vermouth
Orange rind or wedge to garnish
Method
Add ice to your short glass
Pour in the shot of Black Vodka
add the other ingredients
carefully stir with a tall spoon
garnish with orange rind or wedge!
Shiraz Gin Sour

45ml Barossa Valley Shiraz Gin
15ml sugar syrup
egg white - but we would recommend the Aquafaba egg replacement
30ml Lemon juice
We loved to add fresh or dried lemon/lime to garnish

Pour in the shot of Barossa Valley Shiraz Gin
Add remaining ingredients
